20 October 2021 Bioenergy, Seng Choon and Anaergia signs BOOT agreement

Bioenergy Pte Ltd, Seng Choon Farm and Anaergia Pte Ltd sign Build-Own-Operate-Transfer Agreement for Bioenergy to own and operate a Biogas Waste to Energy facility at Seng Choon Farm’s premises at 3 Jalan Gemala 2 Singapore 718799.

This 15-year BOOT agreement was signed today by a representative of Bioenergy, Mr David Leong and Mr Koh Yeow Koon, Managing Director of Seng Choon Farm, along with Mr Kunah Shah of Anaergia Pte Ltd who are providing the technology and will be operating of the plant on behalf of Bioenergy Pte Ltd.
